Sainson's management vision for the "First in Asia" project is to produce BioCNG from paper mill effluent.

This plant is commissioned at Sainsons Paper Industries Pvt. Ltd. and, reducing carbon emissions & helps to make additional profit by selling the BioCNG.

Sainsons Paper Industries Pvt. Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers of Semi Kraft Paper with Agro Waste and Indian OCC of North India. The company is located at Pehowa (Distt.Kurukshetra) in Haryana and production capacity of 350 TPD.

Sainsons Private Limited made modest beginnings, and since then it has grown to become one of the leading packaging, paper, and recycling companies in the country.

The company is being Directed by Mr. Balkishan Saini & Mr. Pradeep Saini (Managing Director), Mr. Harikrishan Saini. The family hails from Pehowa. The family has pluged from modern agriculturist to industrial profession accepting a bold challenge.

Sainsons Plant Facility & Technical Data

1st Unit of 140 TPD capacity has M.G. dryers, having open head boxes, foundriener wire part & presses. M.G. has high velocity hood. Pulp mill has rotary spherical digesters potcher washers for brown stock washing a battery of refiners, centricleaners deckers etc.

2nd Unit is of 210 TPD capacity. It is a combined machine having both dryers & M.G. Head boxes of latest design. Rest of equipments & process are identical to Ist unitbut refining equipments are of latest design.
